We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney who shares our values and is passionate about helping clients achieve peace of mind through effective estate planning.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to develop customized estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
Conduct client consultations, explain complex legal concepts in an approachable manner, and guide clients through the estate planning process.
Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents with attention to detail.
Stay current on estate planning laws and regulations to provide accurate and effective counsel.
Occasionally assist the probate paralegal and attorney with probate cases, including client communication, document preparation, court filings, and court appearances.
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Idaho state bar license.
2+ years of experience in estate planning or related legal fields preferred, but we welcome motivated candidates with strong interest and transferable skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
