The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Attorney who has recently passed the bar or has 1–3 years of experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys educating and counseling clients, guiding families through the process of protecting what matters most to them, and working closely with in a small team office environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct client consultations, explain complex legal concepts in an approachable manner, and guide clients through the estate planning process.
Collaborate with clients to develop customized estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents with attention to detail.
Review and revise documents with clients, and supervise the signing and trust funding process.
Stay current on estate planning laws and regulations to provide accurate and effective counsel.
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace culture.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Idaho State Bar
2+ years of experience in estate planning or related legal fields preferred, but we welcome motivated candidates with strong interest and transferable skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts in plain language.
Comfort with a consultative, client-facing role that includes helping clients understand (and commit to) the services we provide.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with diligence.
Applicants must be able to pass a criminal history check and reference checks.

Compensation and Details
$75,000 for new attorneys, with higher pay for experience.
Immediate start date preferred, but we can be flexible for the right candidate.
