Our small but growing law firm is looking for a poised and capable Paralegal to stay on top of our bustling estate planning and probate practice. Sure, we need someone who rocks the basics: accurately preparing legal documents, happily communicating with clients by phone and email, tracking major deadlines, filing documents with courts and county recorders – typical paralegal duties. But we also need a systematic detail-master, who can keep probate accountings balanced to the penny, make certain legal descriptions in deeds are perfect, and do it all independently and confidently.
We absolutely love a great personality, sparkling communication skills, and top-notch organizational practices; but we also need to be sure our Paralegal maintains all client confidentiality, is a self-starter, is comfortable working on their own, and has amazing attention to detail.
If you have excellent people skills, are proficient on a PC, love to solve problems, and are happy being everyone’s hero, you just might be our perfect Paralegal! We’d love someone with a college degree, but you might be the right candidate even if you don’t have one. And, if you have law office experience, we’ll give you bonus points.
Our ideal Paralegal will work 30 to 40 hours per week, approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at our Southeast Boise office, and will be paid hourly dependent on experience. Those jobs hours are flexible, if that’s important to you. If this sounds like you, let us know!
To apply, send your resume and cover letter to scott@learnedlawyeridaho.com. Please don’t call, just send us your cover letter and resume. If we think you are a fit, we’ll reach out. We promise!
